Engagement Policy

As a freelance professional, I deliver premium wine tasting experiences and hospitality services crafted with expertise and dedication. To protect the integrity of my work and ensure mutually respectful engagements, the following policy strictly applies:

  • No “Set” or Fixed Fees: I do not accept predetermined rates or fixed-fee offers under any circumstances whatsoever. My pricing is based on the value I deliver, not arbitrary limits.

  • No Budget Constraints Excuses: Whether you're a small start-up or a large, successful corporation, "tight budget" claims are not valid reasons to undervalue my services. Quality experiences require appropriate investment.

  • No Business Model Rationalizations: Your internal business structure is not my concern. I work with clients who prioritize value over excuses.

  • No Pass-Through Budget Excuses: If you have a client on a "tight budget," that is your concern, not mine. I do not accept reduced fees simply because your client is unwilling or unable to pay appropriately for my services, or that you have already organised a fee with your client, before making contact with BCR.

  • Fixed Payment Terms: My payment terms are fixed and absolutely non-negotiable. The terms do not align with or adjust to any internal payroll, accounting, or payment schedules of client organizations.

  • Service Provider, not staff: My role is strictly as a professional Service Provider, and you are the Client. The relationship between us and your supply chain shall be professionally elevated on a senior business level. I am not and will never be treated, classified or managed as your member of staff, or as a subordinate to any engagement under the guise of any other company or brand; either in practice or in contract by yourself, or by any parties within your supply chain, up to and including the End Client. This includes expectations related to employment structures, internal policies, or staff hierarchies. The engagement term within this bullet point shall be communicated and adhered to throughout your supply chain.

I seek partnerships with clients who value and respect the effort, expertise, and premium experiences I deliver. If budget limitations, rigid systems, or inappropriate relationship dynamics dictate your decision-making, I may not be the right fit.
