Welcome! I’m Brian Chau Rodriguez, a WSET-certified wine sommelier and hospitality consultant with nearly 10 years of experience in the industry. Based in Maidstone, Kent, I’m passionate about bringing people closer to the world of wine through tailored tasting experiences, bartending services, and curated wine list consultations.

My journey with wine began in 2019 with a fascination for its complexity and depth; the way each bottle holds a unique story from vine to glass. I believe that wine should be approachable, enjoyable, and shared, whether you're new to wine or a seasoned enthusiast. My goal is to provide immersive and educational experiences that enhance appreciation for wine in an engaging, approachable way.

Through private tastings, bartending services, and hospitality consultancy, I work with clients to create memorable events, support businesses in developing exceptional wine programs, and introduce people to the colourful world of wine. Every service is thoughtfully designed to fit your needs, making wine more accessible, enjoyable, and memorable. I’m also a practising expert witness in the field of wine, offering professional insights and support in legal matters related to wine; aiding clients and ultimately the court, to narrow complex issues with confidence and clarity.

I’ve appeared on nationally broadcast television programs including Naked Attraction (Channel 4) and Dressed to Impress (ITV2), as well as being interviewed on BBC Radio 1 by Chris Stark and Scott Mills.
